The pleated ceramic shade casts the most beautiful soft light across the room, and the acrylic diffuser keeps it glare-free even when reading below. Brass and wood combo feels heavier and more solid than I expected for the price.

The wood detailing on the brass ceiling rose adds a nice warm touch that I didn't expect. Installation was straightforward enough, though the shade is a bit heavier than it looks. Overall a solid, stylish light for the price.
